NOVOSANT LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and began in 2023 to help improve people’s lives by specializing in highly innovative medical devices.

John A. Glowacki Jr. retired from the U.S. Air Force after 21 years and spent 11 years with the Joint Special Operations Command. He later served as CEO of the Combat Control Foundation, building a sustainable nonprofit model while raising $900K and delivering over $300K in community support within its first year for the combat control community with which he had served.

Previously, John was Corporate Vice President and CTO of a Fortune 200 multinational company — then, the world’s third-largest managed services provider — where he led large-scale turnarounds and multi-billion-dollar growth initiatives. His leadership consistently demonstrated improved customer satisfaction, operational performance, and shareholder value.

John is a seasoned executive with a rare distinction of senior service in both the U.S. and Canadian governments. Appointed by Prime Minister Stephen Harper to the Deputy Minister ranks as COO of Shared Services Canada, he oversaw one of the largest public-sector IT transformations.

He holds an MBA from George Mason University and is co-inventor of the Walker Apparatus with Lifting Platform (PCT/CA2021/051726), the RAYMEX® Lift.
